It tells me I need Independence update to play a sample, but when i try to update it says no updates available. how do i fix it?

Magix Music Maker Premium Chart Hits : Keys Sample : Rhodes I double click Rhodes, and a box pops up and says: This project patch not compatible with your version of Independence. Please update to the newest version of Independece and try again.
